Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reserving, Contract and Payment
    If you would like to reserve, fill out the contact form and we will send over a rental contract to be completed and returned within 24 hours. There are no refunds or cancellations. Full payment is due upon receipt of contract. Preferred payment method is: Cash, Check, Venmo or PayPal Northern Lights will confirm all drop off arrangements including address of venue, contact point and any other pertitant details the day before the rental.
  • Refunds and Cancellations
    There are no refunds or cancellations.
  • Delivery
    Northern Lights Wedding and Party Rental will deliver, set up and tear down all items on a timeline agreed by both the rentee and Northern Lights. A $50 delivery/setup/teardown fee applies to each order. Indiana sales tax will also be charged. Our delivery area consists of a 35 mile radius. There may be an additional charge for outside that area.
  • Weather
    Weather If there is WIND more than 5 MPH, the letters and photo stand will blow over and we ask for an alternate plan to be in place for where to relocate the rented item. If there is rain or snow outside, please plan an alternate place indoors for set up.
  • Marquee Letters
    Rental information about Marquee letters and photo booth: A power source is required by the rentee and must be tested beforehand to make sure it works. We will drop off and pick up items. Once a rental item is set up, the item is not able to be moved for the safety of our customers and to prevent damage.
  • Games Indoor/Outdoor Use
    Rental information about games: The games are for indoor/outdoor use. However, if the weather is pouring rain, please make an alternate plan for the games to be used inside.
  • Party Rental Time Periods
    All rentals except Photo Booth are rented for a maximum for 8 hours. After that time, an additional fee will be added.
